Steps to approach this :
- Early morning after bath sit in a dark place/room.
- Open video put on earphones and listen.
- Initially, you need to learn all steps which will take just 2 or 3 days. After that, you don't need to watch the video as you can do all Meditation by your self but keep earphone into your ear during the meditation as this will keep you away from the distraction.
